Hotel is nice family friendly parking was an issue for big vehicles not enough space needs to focus more on cleanliness of restrooms mold on tiles and restroom door lock was not working. Wasn't able to uploaded pictures

Very nice smaller facility. My only little quibble is that I was very cold on my first night there and could not figure out how to control the timer on the thermostat. It was 1-2AM when I tried to go to sleep, but I had not been provided with a blanket. I could have tried calling the front desk, but I was unsure if there would be a language barrier, and since it was so late, I just wanted to try to sleep. I got a blanket the next day and teh second night was much better!

Siempre me hospedo aquí (viajó seguido a GDL) nunca me habían pedido hacer un depósito reservando desde la app. Llegando no servía el elevador, en la habitación había un charco junto a la taza del baño pedí que lo revisaran por si era una fuga y me dijeron que no que solo era agua tirada lo malo fue que nadie fue a limpiarlo así nos dejaron el tiradero. Noé lamente estamos 2-3 noches por lo que no pedimos limpieza esta vez fue una noche adiciona así que al segundo día si la pedimos pero por la mañana que estaba buscando un arete que se me cayó me di cuenta que el espacio bajo la cama estaba realmente sucio al igual que piso de la habitación pero a simple vista no se veía Esta vez si me voy un poco decepcionada ya que nunca habíamos considerado quedarnos en otro lugar hasta esta vez
