While we knew that some of the rooms would not have windows, a more substantial and opaque door/panelling between the bedroom area and the bathroom would have been preferred.

I was in Room on the ground floor and sadly at 3.20 am I was wakened by someone opening and closing a room door approx 6 times over the next few hours. I have stayed at your hotel 3 times now as it’s been an excellent experience. You need to find a way for the rooms near reception to be made quieter. I will still stay again if I am in Glasgow as service was good.
