I have been in Istanbul more than 7 times and io can say this is the best hotel i stayed in with best staff.

Room too small,w/c is not working normally and broken,shower in bad condition,dovet cover is torn,torn robe, the distance between the bed and the wall is so small that you have to move sideways. cheap repairs where everything falls apart. Reception stuff and bellboys are great guys. Helpful and fast. Especially thanks to housekeeper Ebru for her help and service. She is great and did everything to keep our room clean. Shuttle bus is great as well.

A lovely experience overall. Much prefer apartments when we can to living out of an hotel room and restaurants. Apartment was well appointed, clean, and well serviced. Staff to a person were professional, friendly, and keen to help. A delight to deal with. Really enjoyed the experience. Some may query the location because there are not many restaurants in easy walking distance, and transport options are limited apart from taxis. But the Metro is a few hundred metres up the street, and it sure beats being in the tourist zone. A most enjoyable experience overall.

We were 6 people (2 young kids) and had a great time. The room was very comfortable and the staff were always available to assist with anything we needed. There’s a grocery store right below the hotel and we were able to get any supplies needed. The metro station is also close by, and if you were in the mood to climb a hill, there are some great local restaurants nearby.

Great Apartments
If you are looking for an apartment in Istanbul, this is a great property. The service is outstanding and the apartments are in excellent condition. The only thing missing is a restaurant, but they serve scramble Turkish eggs, Simit, yougurts and fruits in the morning that is a nice treat. I would stay here again

The premises are well presented, the apartments are spacious and well organised. Also the location is quite convenient. A special mention to the staff: they are welcoming, supporting, competent and willing to go the extra mile for the guests (hotel reservations, Taxi bookings and so forth are carried out to perfection). If you need a place that feels like home in Istanbul, this is the place to be.
