The staff were all very helpful. The spa was great and my 6 year old daughter was able to access the pool which she enjoyed. The rooms aren’t large but they were fine for a short stay. Lots of nice little touches. The restaurant was closed for August when we visited but breakfast buffet was still available and had a decent selection. The lift unfortunately broke during our stay. The staff were helpful and we were able to access the service lift when needed.

The hotel was great, nice and clean. Staff were friendly and great as well. It was a deluxe room, split level, separating the bedroom from the living room with 2 full bathrooms. The pool is small but we were the only ones in it which made the experience very romantic. Highly recommend as the hotel is fairly central to all the high traffic areas. It's short walk to the bus stops and metro stations. Will return in the futute. Thank you staff for your kind services.
