Everything is good, except the wall outlet. There’s no wall outlet next to your bed, there’s no lamps next to your bed. So if you need to get up in the middle of the night, you have to get up and find the wall to turn on the light. There’s only one outlet which is far away from your bed. So if you want to charge your phone and use it while you’re laying down. Make sure you get a 10ft charging cord.

Basic place for a good price. Perfect for if you’re looking for a clean place to sleep and keep your stuff safe while you are out most of the day. Our room was small but decent for the price.

The hotel itself is beautiful and provides nice touches. I was upgraded to a sea view without asking. Nice. A small thing, but it is the hospitality industry, the staff just didn't feel hospitable. Still, I would stay there again. It's a great value and a beautiful hotel.

Amazing hotel
The staff, condition of the rooms, the proximity to public transport, and the area around it are fantastic. The staff were helpful whenever small issues arose, and the room was well maintained while I stayed there.
This hotel deserves all the praise it can get.

Was sooo loud during our stay. Housekeeping lady did an excellent job everyday cleaning our room
But construction early in the morning!!! Cant sleep in.
Location is convenient , walking distance to 101 bay yacht . Seven eleven , CU very right next to the building. Front desk lady is professional.
Complaint about the smell from the toilet around 11pm ish… kinda like a sewage smell…
Loud construction sound starts around 7 in the morning ::(((

A quiet place in noisy Haeundae
We liked this hotel because it was close enough to walk to the main area at Haeundae with all the restaurants and bars, but also far enough away that we didn’t have a lot of noise at night. You can hear loud, racing cars from the main street, but it’s not loud enough to be much of a bother.
The hotel was also very clean. It’s not unusual to find a random hair from a previous occupant when staying in Korean hotels, but we didn’t have that issue.
Only complaints are with the shower. The temperature of the water fluctuated on its own - suddenly really hot or quite cool. Also, like most Korean showers, despite the door closing and there being some sealant to keep water in, there was still a small puddle outside the shower door.

Property was clean but not as advertised. Property did not have any laundry services, which was part of the reason why I reserved rooms here. The air conditioning did not work (building seemed to be set to heating only) even though daytime temperatures were over 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Leaving the door open to cool down the room introduced many mosquitoes and construction in the area was very loud.

Room alot smaller than the 30 sqm indicated. Feels like around 20 sqm only. Have to go down to reception daily to reset our room key, seems to always lock us out. Took some effort to find the wifi password in the room.

Great hotel for value. Friendly staff. My only comment is don't park here unless you know a bit of korean. The parking lot, which costs $10 a day, uses a self-service car elevator.

Over all a good stay
The hotel was very nice. However the beds were rock hard. I slept on the couch the three nights we were there although my husband liked the HARD mattress. The semi-frosted glass door on the bathroom was quite different. We had our adult son with us so it was a privacy issue.
