Stayed 2 nights (Classic Double Room Design 108 Sq Ft) and 5 nights (Deluxe Double Room Design 183 Sq Ft) in 2 different reservations.
Grateful with Georges and Raúl, at the front desk, that alloud us to leave 2 suicases at the hotel while we travelled the South of France for a week and come back for our 2nd reservation.
TINY room, including the 183 Sq Ft máximum área room available at the hotel, TINY bathroom, TINY common areas and TINY lift that allouds 1 person inside.
Hotel.com is offering a hotel that doesn’t match with reality. Hotel Design Sorbonne doen’ have a Bar/Lounge, nor Coworking Spaces, nor a Library. It doesn’t either offer Coffe/Tea in common areas, and it’s impossible without a Bar to offer the Silver Member Exclusive Offer of 19 Euro Credit Beversge per Room, per Stay offered in my resevation.
VIP Access Property? IMPOSIBLE!
Raúl did his best when asked for a glass of Ice and gave me some. He did all he could to make our stay less unconfortable.
The hotel is not as described in the web Page of Hotels.com. To use the exact Words of how I fell: Sincerely, I felt CHEATED.
Hotels nearby with similar rates offers better facilities. Will definetely not come back. BUT PLEASE! Need to trust the description of the Hotels, in Hotels.com WebPage/App, when making a booking. Have been a member since 2011, with actual Silver Status; was Gold for many years too.
Deserve a compensation for this booking.
