Don't believe everything it says
It was okay for the price, but one big lie it says it has bath tub a terrace and a bar with 24 hour food and drink, these are all lies it has next to non of this and it was a really big let down for our trip especially when the bath tub is only half the size and I'm 6ft4 something I have never seen in my life.

Staff and breakfast and laundry service were good. No elevator and room was cold despite heater. We were in their “family” room which was accessed through a narrow staircase outside. Bathroom had no ventilation. Water pressure in shower was great however you had to hold the the shower wand since there was no place to put it, no shelves in the shower for soap or shampoo.

We were exhausted from our flight and the wonderful front desk woman was able to get us in a room 3 hours ahead of check in! We were very grateful. It's walking distance from the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe. It's on a quiet street and our room was not in the main building, it was overlooking the central courtyard. It was cozy but not suffocating. My only complaint is that the bathroom smelled bad.
