We arrived with other tenants from the 3 bedder (apartment B) in our 1 bedder room (apartment A). There wasn’t much an apology from the manager but her frustration towards the other tenants who made the mistake and her cleaners who probably left apartment A unlocked. The manager couldn’t reach her cleaners so she asked the tenants who made the mistake to rectify their mistakes by changing the linen. We were not happy with the service but were told that there’s essentially no difference whether the beds were made by the cleaners or by the other tenants. We asked for a small compensation as our room fee included cleaning service but the manager stopped replying…
The information provided on website was not clear. As opposed to “free parking on site”, there’s only offsite overnight parking linked by a free bus service. There’s apparently a luggage delivery service that you could pay for but that wasn’t communicated to us on the website. We had to drag our luggages 200m uphill from the 15min car park in a blizzard.
The room wasn’t clean with a lot of dead bugs and we had to mop the bathroom floor ourselves. The kettle provided was broken and the heating system didn’t work one night.
Nevertheless, the location was ideal for skiing as it’s 300-500m walk to some chair lifts.
