It was very clean, neat slopes, and restaurants. The accommodations are small with low ceilings and poor lighting. There was no lift so be prepared to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs. The evening check in associate was very pleasant. The morning check in person was extremely unpleasant and seemed perturbed by foreign guests often frowning and scowling on sight. She even struggled or pretended to struggle with getting a taxi which shouldn’t be an uncommon request at a hotel. She made what would have been a good experience an unpleasant one.

Hotel très bien situé, l accueil des dames à la réception est très agréable et souriant, il serait bon que le monsieur qui était présent notamment le matin puisse prendre un peu modèle sur elles. Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans les appartements du chalet annexe. Le chalet est magnifique, récent, très propre, calme et sécurisé, avec un parking privé. L’appartement est spacieux, lumineux, très bien décoré et parfaitement équipé (cuisine complète, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, deux chambres, deux balcons, nombreux rangements…). Rien ne manque pour passer un agréable séjour. La piscine et l’espace spa sont superbes, très propres et peu fréquentés. La station de Praz-sur-Arly est également très agréable et idéalement située à quelques minutes de Megève. Quelques points pourraient toutefois être améliorés : la literie (matelas et surtout oreillers) nous a semblé peu confortable, le sèche-cheveux manque cruellement de puissance, une climatisation serait appréciable lors de fortes chaleurs et le départ à 10 h est sincèrement trop tôt . Nous avons également trouvé dommage de ne trouver personne à la réception lors de notre arrivée puis le lendemain matin pour obtenir quelques renseignements. Dans l’ensemble, une belle adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter.
