THE BEST EVER
I stayed at this place for five days and we had a really great experience. It was super clean. Everything was perfect but the most important thing was the customer service. They respond very quickly and they show so much care for their guests, I will definitely stay here again.

It was an amazing department, had all the necesities. There were many stores nearby to buy food, groceries, breakfast and even an electric store adapters for plugging american devices. The person in charge was really kind and helped me with all my questions. The bed and bed sofa was really comfy and the suite had everything you may need.

I did not received the right room but after 2 days they took care of it and they will cover me for my next trip for another 2 days stay there free, so basically the building is nice but some rooms missing stuff, you must carefully check everything, if you see something that you need and must be there, ask the management and they will take care of it.

This place was tidy and comfy. We were on the 9th floor so we also had a great view of the city! What made our experience so amazing was Mohammad! He messaged us before our trip (really reassuring) and we stayed in contact together all during our stay! His smile is truly welcoming and he was there for really anything! He is also a great resource if you dont know the area! He gave us an overview of where we can get our basic needs, like groceries and some restaurants we may be interested in (just downstairs). Even gave us a wonderful recommendation on where to shop for something! This is going to be my go-to if I ever come back. Thank you so much!

This is perfect place if you visiting istanbul for Tuypa center which is around 10 minutes drive, or 30mins walk. It has ample local restaurants to choice from , I could not find a restaurant which sells alcohol with food , but you can be purchased from very limited numbers of off licenses and consumer in the apartment, also has 'File 'supermarket and others local indpendant shops around. Mohammed is really friendly and can't help you enough. Check out the indoor pool, gym, sauna and steam room on B1. I'd also recommend Shirin for a massage. To get into Istanbul centre you need to take the Metrobus which is around 30 min walk away (Marmara park) once on the metro bus then takes around 1hr which includes one change onto a Tram.
