Mohammed at the concierge he is very kind and helpful like other staff, he speaks English well and find a solution to all your needs. My room #3002 everyday there is a toilet smell coming from the kitchen area. Couch in the living room area is dirty and not comfortable. Bathroom curtain is old and dirty, no shampoo and water is yellow. I have a nice sea view from the balcony which helps you to forget all these negative thoughts. WIFI is terrible everywhere in hotel. I hope they add more modems for wife and call a plumber to remove the smell. It was a bad experience to wake up with that smell everyday.

Terrible experience would not recommend the rooms were lack luster bathroom was stuffy not well ventilated the worst of it is the breakfast pure slop uncovered aswell so flies swarm all around it yuck all pastries tasted stale and old also staff is terrible caught on multiple occasions making slick comments in Arabic at me and the main host manger reception the one with coloured eyes is terrible he tried to charge me twice for early check in fee and fought me when I said I already paid also any charge you need to pay with this man has to be via cash “because card machine down” yeah right very suspicious saw him argue with another costumer about this he seems really incompetent had to ask multiple times for toilet tissues aswell this place is not well ran and looks run down

Horrible experience. The room wasn't properly cleaned specially the shower. You hear a lot of noise from the street nearby so it's hard to have a good night. But honestly that is not what got it 1 star. Staff is very very pushy. During check in they send someone with you to "carry your bag" and even after declining he stayed in the room waiting for cash before leaving. In other instances you feel pressured to give cash for no reason. It's not the level of service we've found in Egypt. The private beach is very small between multiple shops. The spa can be nice if you overlook hygiene (you can see a lot of bugs in the changing areas). The rooftop was closed (for renovation) so we only tested the general restaurant and got sick from it after a day. We can't talk about the diving center since we were too sick to dive. I don't recommend this hotel.

Le personnel est vraiment très professionnel et a l’écoute bien situé en centre ville mais l’hôtel n’a pas d’accès à la plage - la vue est belle depuis les chambres avec vue sur la mer et sur le toit terrasse - les prestations de plongée et de spa sont chers
