Good Stay to Chill with Friends!
Good location. Many ammenities and activities every day. Loved the breakfast, pool, rooftop area and restaurant, etc. The room I took was very dark, however, did notice that other rooms (like suites) were with more light. Not too many places to put the clothing. Towels were not the best. Rest all good!

The property is located in a very nice part of Medellin. The property itself is very hip & modern. The rooftop restaurant & pool is amazing with incredible views. However the people at the front desk were not as good. When I checked in. No one showed me to my room. The hotels is not large. However there are no room number indicators on the floors. I walked both sides of the entire floor. Before i eventually found my room. You would think that for $97 a night. The front desk people or someone could have taken 5 minutes of their time to show me to my room. They were very short & seemed as if they could not be bothered when i asked questions on other occasions. This was very surprising. As it has been my experience that the people in Medellin are extremely friendly. The rest of the staff in the hotels were very friendly, helpful & accomodatint. Might want to consider putting different people at the front desk.

Had such a great time! The staff were great and the room was amazing. Stayed in the double room with a jacuzzi and it was so great! Everything was very clean and the pool was great. Would highly recommend! May be difficult if you are a light sleeper, but I had no problems with the soundproofed balcony doors and the street traffic/music that sometimes played later into the night due to the pool parties and the Flower festival.

I loved the vibe of the property. Really cool place. It was clean and i had no issues with staff assistance when needed. The only problem we had was that the outside noise is ridiculous when in the room. Especially at night. They do provide you with ear plugs but i can't really sleep in them. It was like not having doors on the balconies because they only drowned out a slight bit of traffic noise. The rooms didn't have a fridge (well at least ours didn't) im assuming the jacuzzi room didn't have that option because i did see other rooms without the jacuzzi that had lil kitchen areas. There was no ice machine so if you wanted a cool drink after hours you were just SOL unless you go buy one downstairs. I would not stay again due to the noise and a few minor inconvenient things but it really was a nice spot.

My family and I absolutely loved Los Patios. The rooms are beautiful but you can hear everything from the hallway and street. They provide you with ear plugs and my daughter (16) used them and said they worked great. Even with the noise I would stay there again. The view from the rooftop was amazing. The rooftop restaurant had some of the best food we have eaten in Colombia. The presentation of food was top notch. Rooftop was heated, rooftop workout room was great. Game room for kids with a PlayStation. Hotel employees were exceptional. They set up tours for us. Set up a shuttle ride to the airport. We stayed for two nights and wish we would have planned to stay longer.
