We had a dog friendly room, which was in the basement was too small, dark and dirty. Think dungeon 😂. Also for the first time ever, having probably stayed in over 100 hotels, it is required to pay a £200 deposit in case you trash the room !! So disappointing for a Best Western, this was certainly the dregs of the chain.

We had a pleasant stay at the best western, The staff at the hotel were all very pleasant, and very helpful, the room was very clean and quiet.. if you are looking for a place to stay thats close to the hydro and the shops then I would recommend it.
