The staff and general facilities were excellent. Faultless. We had a fantastic stay. The service around the pool and the staff’s attention and constant willingness to help us enjoy our stay did not go unnoticed. The food was also excellent all round. The only negatives were some technology issues with the room and the mosquitoes around our private pool. The staff did every they possibly could to help so I really cannot complain.

We've had a great time at the hotel - gge rooms are fantastic - big, clean and very well equipped, the bacony with the full sea-view is great, the Spa facilities and indoor pool are excellent, Breakfast and dinner options are very good, and the service is in the level you can expect from such an exclusive hotel. Our only comment is the lack of activities and late opening hour (11:00) of the Spa and indoor pool in off-season times.

My wife and I returned for our third stay. This was the best so far, despite the difficult and uncertain times facing the local people. The staff were amazing from the moment we arrived. Our recently refurbished room on the 4 floor was beautifully appointed with a wonderful sea view from the balcony. Our every need was catered for, promptly and with a smile. The hotel is clean, the staff are excellent, the most friendliest and welcoming. They spent time advising us on where to visit and transport we could take etc. The transport links from the hotel in voulas to Athens city centre are excellent, with the tram and bus stops being close by. We used the tram as it was quicker, it was also cheap to go via tram. As a family of five it was difficult getting a taxi into Athens city centre, as they only seat, we would have to have taken two. I had the most wonderful stay at this hotel. Service is immaculate. Concierge George is the best. He knew all the answers to all my questions. Fantastic breakfast. Great stay

We stayed there for 5 nights and had a very decent sized room. The staff was super friendly and nice, service was great. We had to work a bit from the lobby area, wifi was super good. It was also easy to find parking slots.
