We stayed in 5 different hotels during our entire trip and this 1 was the best for value, comfort, cleanliness and more. It is quiet and safe. You can tell that a lot of thought went into customer convenience and comfort when designing the room. Even though the room is small, it was fine for our needs. The breakfast thaat was included in our booking was minimal, but sufficient (toast, yogurt, fruit cup, juice). Friendly and helpful front desk service. Easy to get to restaurants nearby. Safe and easy parking.

Beautiful clean accommodation, within walking distance to town. We were very impressed with everything, and the front desk were proactive in contacting us ahead of time as to where the key would be left if the desk was unmanned. We overall had a great room and space. We did notice there were two different housekeepers, one cleaned paid attention to detail, the other cleaned the room but did not do as great a job. We enjoyed our stay overall as it is in walking distance to most restaurants and the venue for our conference. Would definitely recommend it for anyone staying in Tauranga.
