Location location location This place is absolutely perfect amazing location amazingly clean and fantastic staff 💯 recommendation
I liked the closeness to everything and the staff were so helpful and obliging no negative feelings
Perfect location, extremely friendly staff - can only but highly recommend
Location, friendly and helpful staff, quality of breakfast and choice.
Property right next to the main Riva so easy access to sites, bars/restaurants and day tour pick up points. I had one of the rooms overlooking the Riva/promenade (other rooms overlook city side) If you prefer windows open you get sea breezes; but closing them blocked out sounds (and use air conditioning instead) Staff were friendly and helpful...do you their taxi pick up service as the staff will help you with bags and finding hotel. Breakfast ok but you may find better at the bars (though more expensive) Spar supermarket 2 minutes away for supplies. Do note that hotel is not mobility accessible as go up one set of stairs to access reception and no lift inside (and rooms on next 1-3 floors above reception) As said excellent room (luxury seaside version)
Stayed one night after returning from Vis Island before moving on. Great location - very central. Overlooking waterfront which I loved but some may find a little noisy (but double glazed windows kept almost all noise out). Room was very comfortable but overall facilities a bit basic - but it is a B&B not a hotel, so to be expected.
The hotel and the annexe we stayed in was about 5-10 minutes walk from everywhere! Situated in a lively and bustling area within the Diocletian Palace perimeter. Double glazing and good air con meant any ambient noise could be shut off completely when requured. A good value breakfast available at a locally very reasonable cost with friendly helpful staff. Had a pleasant appartment feel to the room with high standards of finish. Would recommend and will use again next time in Split.
The hotel was in the old town but also very close to the harbour a really good location. The staff are fantastic. The breakfast is fresh and well stocked. The rooms are a really good size, comfortable beds, we had a wonderful view over the harbour which was great to look at day and night. Ana organised a car to take us to the airport the driver was also really friendly and chatted about the history of Split and the surrounding areas, so helpful. Would definitely use if I came back to Split.
Great place to stay, nice location.
Staff friendly and helpful. Our room on the ground floor was compact, clean, bed comfortable and suited our overnight stay. Great location in Old Town. Well stocked mini fridge in room re drinks and given a small jug fresh milk on request which was much appreciated. We would stay there again.
