Friendly and helpful staff. Good variety for breakfast. Next to San Pedro market and a supermarket. Waking distance to main square. ATM is right next door. All is great. They hired a taxi for us to go to airport at a fraction of what I paid online.

Cozy, clean, safe, and conveniently located. One of the cutest and coziest hotels I’ve stayed at. Breakfast was full of local delicious foods. Above all, the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and confortable. A special thanks to Renzo at the front desk; very polite, respectful, and helpful. Good centered location hotel
It’s a nice hotel. The only thing was the room where we had to sleep in, unfortunately it was on the 4th floor by the kitchen and we kept hearing the dishes late at night and in the morning starting at 5am. The guys from the reception were nice, except for one of them; every time we would ask for a recommendation or where could we do laundry, he didn’t know, it felt like he felt bothered about us asking any questions or needed assistance. Other than that, the hotel is in a very centered location, close to everything, their breakfast is very good too.

Tivemos que negociar com a recepção para fazer a troca, o que nos tomou bastante tempo. No entanto, a mudança acabou sendo em vão, pois a hidromassagem não funcionava. O café da manhã, de modo geral, foi satisfatório. Um toque atencioso é o chá de coca disponível na recepção, uma gentileza para os hóspedes. Além disso, o hotel oferece o serviço de guardar as malas sem custo adicional, o que é bastante conveniente para quem precisa aproveitar mais o dia antes de seguir viagem.

A maior qualidade deste hotel é a localização. Perto do centro mas não no meio da muvuca. Um ponto de melhoria diz respeito ao quarto, que não tem blackout nas janelas.
