I paid in full my reservation at the time of booking. When I got there the place had been shut down by the government, months earlier, as the neighbors let me know. Therefore, I obviously didn't receive the service I paid for. I had to find a last minute accommodation elsewhere. And, on top of that, Expedia tells me the manager refuses to reimburse my money. Unbelievable!
