Second time in one week staying here. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a clean, quiet place. Communal bathrooms are clean and tidy and check in was a breeze! Thanks to the hosts for having such a facility. I will certainly be back. The town is also a hidden gem!

The auberge is in a very old wooden house and we could hear everyone else walking. Other than that, it was ok.

Breakfast was to be included. We saw a toaster but no bread, etc. We left by 7am and had to get food in New Brunswick.

Easy. Quiet. Convenient. No staff on site. Nothing fancy, it’s all you need if you’re looking for a place to crash before hitting the road again. Clean rooms and bathrooms. If ever I am in the area again I’d book without hesitation if I had the need.

Worst Boarding House EVER
Bed was so hard, I slept on pillows.
No TV in room, mini fridge for 5+ rooms, no stove or oven (or toaster oven), wasn't sure where to put dirty dishes.
Wasnt sure which room was mine. Was giving all the codes but not which room.
Called and text before 9pm when i arrived and no one replied (even today).

Hostel was quite clean and located in an easily accessible part of town. Main downside is that management was entirely unreachable for all inquiries and problems. Email failed to include room name or for inquiries about things like wifi. Number left for contact never picked up nor was able to leave message. Was only able to find room with help from other tenant. Bedding clean, but towels had strands of hair attached.

Nous n’avons pas pu entrer dans l’établissement, La boîte vocale de la propriétaire était pleine et n’a pas répondu au message courriel, ni au message de la dame de l’Auberge du village où nous avons dû dormir. De plus, le lendemain matin, nous nous sommes rendus sur place et Audrey , la proprio nous a crié dessus en nous traitant de vieux incapables selon les statistiques. N’allez pas à cet établissement si vous avez plus de 50 ans, elle n’aime pas ce groupe d’âge. Et j’en passe.

Bel endroit calme au coeur de Pohenegamook
Je dormais dans la chambre Le Colobri. Très belle grande chambre. L'auberge a été rénovée. J'avais une vue partielle sur le beau Lac Pohenegamook 😍
Cest un vieux bâtiment, les planchers craque un peu, mais rien de dérangeant, j'étais au 3e étage.
Ce fut très tranquille. J'y retournerai assurément et je recommande sans hésiter 🤗

Propre et tranquille. Peu de service et autres restauration aux alentours et pas de bureau touristique. Chambre pas plus que correct, mais sa ressenble plus à une chambre d'étudiant. Pas de tv etc. Salle de bain commune.

J'ai réservé une chambre pour deux soirs au lieu de deux chambres pour un soir. J'ai communiqué avec l'auberge pour me faire dire d'envoyer un courriel car ils étaient occupés. Après des appels au numero sur expedia, numero de l'auberge sur leur site, courriel via l'aurberge, courriels via expedia, un texto, aucune réponse. Une fois sur place le soir l'auberge était "pleine" et même si on m'avait assuré qu'on allait s'arranger, je n'ai jamais eu de remboursement pour la deuxième nuit non voulue en deux semaines d'essais de communication.
Sinon l'auberge est vieille mais fraichement retapé, c'était propre mais le mini frigo avait un milkshake datant d'au moins notre dernière visite deux semaines au paravant alors... on ne me reverra plus même si je croyais avoir trouvé un endroit pour nous reposer lors de nos déplacements fréquents.
