I would rather sleep inside a dumpster than ever come here again. Absolutely the worst rooms ever. No towels. No soap. Dirty beds amd floors. Slept in our clothes because we weren't sure what bugs would come out at night. Filthy conditions. Smelled like body odor and smoke (and weed). No other hotels had anything available so we had to make due. Should have slept in my car.

Towels was sorti only one bath towels, one bath mat and one washcloth for a room that sleeps 4 there was blood stain on the bed and towels was extremely dirty and the staff was ok. Lady at the front desk doing the graveyard shift was very nice the manager who is the own was extremely rude.

Ambulances and police constantly there for overdoses and drug users...actually saw blood on lobby being swifer wetmoped up by male clerk after someone od in lobby and was given narcan by emts..and thwy will tack on all sort of additional deposits and fees when u check in even though therebis no mention on their website even has.a sign in wall stating pets stay frè yet the rude lady at desk refuses to explain why they then charge 20$ a day per pet plus additional $100 cleaning deposit. Absolutely not worth that price when there are plenty of great quality hotels withina stones throw..

Booked a cheap room about a week ago though Expedia. Show up tonight to be told it was cancled. Both the staff and Expedia can't tell me who it was that canceled, but it ruined the plans I had for the weekend. There were no towels set up in the room, not so great smell, the floor had coffee spilled on it and cookies left in the refrigerator from previous guest. There was no more than a sheet on the bed which with the lack of cleanliness from the rest of the room, I HOPE that the bedding was clean. Also, I am not typically one to complain, but there was never a “pet fee” disclosed. I booked/paid online, I got there to check in and it states ON the WALL that up to 2 pets stay free. I was then informed that there was a $10 pet fee, which was actually a $15 pet fee that I had to pay before I got my key (mind you I already paid my nightly booking fee). I understand updating policies and such, but please update the information on the websites and on your lobby wall. Quite disappointed.

Dirty. Disgusting. Nasty.

Disgusting! Dirty for my daughter’s brand new white socks looked like mud. The sheets were dirty and stained. The mirrors were dirty. Night stand was dirty. I came 3 hours after check in and was asked to wait for a clean room which I was still given a dirty room. There was no remote in the room. They brought a remote and they tried to connect it and it didn’t work so they took the remote back and never gave us another one the full weekend. We didn’t not receive towels until the next morning after checking in. The floor was so dirty by the time I step in the shower it was like mud running off my feet. Would not recommend a stay here.
