Nice place considering its an Airport Hotel. That said the TV didn’t work. Called the Front Desk who said they send someone. 45 Minutes later, I called again as no one showed up. Again I was told they send someone. No one showed up. Went down to reception and was told there was an issue with the antenna, nothing they can do. Not only annoying but even worse is the terrible communication

Great spot for before your flight.
We had an early flight out of Hamburg and decided to stay here to not have to stress in the morning. All the Radisson Blu properties are great, we ended up staying in the Urban Suite, mostly on accident, I had booked a "family room" and this is what we got. I think it's bigger than our old apartment. Cool view overlooking the airport, and a 4 minute walk to our check in in the morning. One downside, there isn't alot around the hotel, unless you walk to the terminal for food or shopping. It's a great spot to stay one night before or after a flight, but not practical for a long stay if you're interested in seeing Hamburg. My only complaint, in the spa/fitness area on the 5th floor, there is a step up right as you walk in the door. I never saw it, and absolutely decimated my toe (I think it's actually broken). Seems like it's a bad design. Otherwise, a great hotel.
