Lovely hotel and excellent breakfast. Really appreciated our room upgrade, which made our trip extra special. Every member of staff was really helpful. Especially Charlie who booked a restaurant reservation for my partner who wanted a particular French dish, and then asked how it was on our return. Beloved this hotel, it was so pretty and clean. The pool was a plus to our stay. The kids loved it. We used it almost every day. The restaurant down the stairs was amazing and they offered free breakfast in the morning which was a plus I can talk about this property for our and all the good things about it. A village party was thrown facing our hotel room by the locals who played bad Beyoncé and Jennifer Lopez songs full volume for 4 hours and the staff did nothing to provide assistance, or empathy for that matter. The room was completely unusable from 5:30 to 9:30 given the volume and really crappy music while we are in burgundy.
