Overall we had a great experience. The only concern we had was with the lock on the door as it would intermittently not lock. Trim on door had wood rot so I believe this was the issue. Other than that the location was super safe, cared for and very conveniently located.

Great property for the convenience. We booked the luxury suite which offered a private bathroom and had a small living room area. For the price, it’s well worth it. Instructions are very clear and the staff was very helpful. Not much parking if you’re traveling with a large group.

A clean and convenient place to stay right in el Tunco, walking distance to surf, shops, restaurants, etc. No hot water, but that is expected in the area. It was worth it to pay a little extra for a private bathroom. Pool was nice and clean with nice outdoor lounging areas. My only complaint is that the bed was mediocre for comfort.

The hotel served its purpose however since bathrooms are shared wish there was more safety involved. Me and my sister stayed here and were showering in the shared bathroom and a group of men noticed we were showering and sat chairs in front of the bathroom entrance with loud music seeing if they could catch a glimpse of us coming out of the shower. We both changed inside of the shower but it was very unsettling and we felt very uncomfortable and unsafe.

Truly an awful experience from start to finish. We arrived at 8AM hoping to leave our bags, park, and possibly check in early. We understand early check in isn't always possible, but we were hoping to ask and pay an extra fee. Unfortunately, there was no reception available until after 11AM. While waiting, we had to move our car several times since every space blocked in other cars. When we finally check in, the receptionist gave no information about the property, wifi, etc. The room itself was fine, though was not as pictured on Expedia. It had a shared outdoor bathroom which would have been fine if we expected this, but we didn't. The room itself had no hooks to hang anything and had stains on the sheets. The final straw was when we needed to leave to visit a relative and our car was trapped in. It took 2 hours for the staff to find the owner of the car and let us out. Why they offer parking if you can't use your car, we don't know! I wouldn't recommend staying here if you want privacy, service, or to use your car at all! There are many other options nearby that are a better value. In fact, we did not finish our stay and instead went elsewhere to salvage our trip.
