Amy provided service that was second to none. If you are a US traveler you should know that the heating, air conditioning and TV and lighting systems are very complicated and we had to request help several times although was given expeditiously. The beds very comfortable and the best coffee in Australia and New Zealand we experienced. We also enjoyed an excellent dinner in the restaurant. The resort is managed and owned by a Chinese family and there were a few minor communication issues, but nothing that wasn’t resolved quickly.

The room was in good condition but the walls are a bit thin. We were placed next to the table at the pool and could hear every word. Good room and decent bed.

Room was clean, staff was extremely friendly and kindly showed us hospitality upon knowing we were on our honeymoon. The only issue was that our AC unit didn’t work. Otherwise a great stay!
