Staff were friendly and helpful. Location excellent. We were able to park with our trailer next door in the council carpark. Meals in dining room were great, although not many GF options. Some renovation would be useful - i.e. Loose and lumpy carpet in room and in the space outside the rooms on our floor.

Bar staff & food was okay . Room was old and outdated . In need of major up grade. Carpet was lifting, chairs / curtains were stained very badly . Worst of all the air conditioning was very noisy all night and kept us awake. Spoke to counter staff in morning who said they would get a manager to call us . Needless to say they never called . Would not recommend.

When looking online it’s looks good but it’s obvious it needs updating when there, but it’s clean, very disappointing with the parking situation, staff very friendly, central to everything, I wouldn’t stay there again tho I’d rather spend my money on something better.

The property needs an upgrade...great central location with loads of potential...little things like replacing broken rubbish bin...fix squeaking bathroom exhaust fan..lamps that don't work ...all make a difference...good bed and shower...

Honest review. You get what you pay for.
The hotel is now dated but still a place where you can stay. However, the price vs who is included can be a negative bonus.
Staff mixed up room bookings and I walked into some one else in the room. Shock to both of us.
The staff were friendly and comped a breakfast.
Staff were busy trying to keep guests quiet on the night I was there (604 takes the cake on rolling, pillow biting and general annoyance) and there were others in the hall way where you could hear either staff or guests asking people to be quiet.
Would be my last stay and for anyone else who can afford it, would recommend spending extra and staying some where more modern, sound proofed and out of budget for those who do not care for others.
I did attempt to reach out to management via email, however there was no response after 5 days; the front desk and night staff did try hard to make the stay enjoyable but managements lack of response is disheartening.

An older hotel but very conveniently located with a restaurant downstairs for lovely meals. We went to a concert at the hotel and it was nice to be so close to our room afterwards.
