The staff were all welcoming, helpful and pleasant. Best we have experienced for a long time. The facilities and grounds are well kept and there is plenty of variety and allowance for families and single/couple adults. We would definitely stay again.

Nice property with well kept gardens. Has a good buffet breakfast set-up but it was hard to escape the constant noise and music. Adult pool was the saving grace for our stay and they actually enforced it, though again couldn't escape the piped music. Seriously, if people need to listen to music all the time, they should use their own personal devices and not subject the rest of us to it!

Only criticism is not enough seating at breakfast with so many guests in hotel. I would suggest more seating area or spread breakfast around resort in different areas.

My family and I loved enjoy every moment. We stayed for 7nights. Honestly everything was superb. The food was divine. Service was exceptional. Couldn’t fault anything. The guys at the infinity pool were fabulous. Super friendly. They get 10/10. We dined every night at the resort. The Japanese Restaurant was fantastic. Fun experience.
