As a business traveller the check in process was efficient, the room is a good size including desk facilities. The hairdryer was a good size and powerful enough.
My room included club breakfast which had enough options. The full breakfast on level 2 has a lot more options but I was happy with the offering on the club floor.

Connected to Luo Hu MixC shopping mall (not the same as the one in Nan Shan). Very convenient for shopping. Breakfast buffet also great. But try to book rooms in higher floors as there seems to be construction nearby and there may be noise even during the the weekend.

Stayed there for a whole week. Rooms clean and comfortable, the lounge floor was worth its extra money, the bar people very nice - one suggestion I have - waiting for every cocktail 20 minutes is too long ! Check in and out easy and fast - lift situation very complicated going first to 33 rd floor every time you wanna go up or down generally good staff.
