This place exceeded our expectations! To have such a great location and to have 3 bedrooms was hard to find. Great communication via text from the management company. Would definetly stay again

The communication was very poor. I had to chase them up on 3 occasions before and during our stay. When I finally got someone on the phone they were helpful but forget communication by email. For a self contained apartment the kitchen had very little. No salad bowl or severs, one saucepan and 2 frypans all without lids. Instead we had to put ceramic plates on top which got very hot and dangerous. I raised this with them but this was not rectified. If you open the kitchen windows they are very dirty. There are no accurate instructions on how to get into your unit. First I was sent 2 passcodes and then 3. Yes, you need to get through 3 doors to access your unit. The Unit location was difficult to find. Fortunately someone in the building helped us find it. There is constant rumbling noise from the underground day and night. You eventually start filtering it out during the day but it does affect your sleep especially when things rattle in your apartment. The bottom sheet is far too small for the mattress and the mattress needs replacement. The carpet is worn. The lounge chairs are extremely low and difficult to get out of. The TV has not a single English speaking Channel. For our 10 day stay we booked in a mid-stay clean. The cleaner didn’t turn up and so I had to call the office again. The kitchen stools are squeaky. The portable aircon was noisy and barely functional. The apartment is very conveniently located that’s the only plus.

Perfect location, comfortable accommodation.

The location of the property is perfect, a few metres from Place de la Concorde. We had a studio on the ground floor which was spacious and perfect for a few days in Paris. It is close to the Metro (and the rumbling of trains can be heard but you quickly get used to it). and a short walk to the Louvre. We were very happy with our choice and would definitely book it again.

This studio apartment was perfect for what we needed! We were in Paris to watch 3x3 basketball at the Concorde...it was literally 200m to the event. The studio apartment is really well laid out and has everything required for a great stay - shower was a nice size, bed was super-comfy, great closet. It is really well located close to metro, fabulous cafes, Louvre, Champs Elysee. Loved it!!!

Virkelig lækker lejlighed. Nemt at tjekke ind med koderne. Men hvis man vil sove længe, kan dette udfordres af meget bygge larm og metroen som kører lige under. Men hvis man alligevel skal tideligt op og ud og se byen, så tog vi gerne denne overnatnings mulighed igen. God plads
