Definitely recommended over the hilton in wroclaw. Staff are much more attentive here and the pool is better as well. Have been staying here every time we come over to visit the mrs family for the last five odd years now, consistently good. My only suggestion would be to improve the breakfast option as it is currently very lackluster.

Have been visiting Wroclaw a few times a year since 2020, tried the Hilton, but level of service is just awful there. Monopol is a great place, one of the few hotels in wroclaw that have a pool and spacious rooms. Only thing I’d say they need to improve is the pricing on their breakfast offering and the range. Hilton beats Monopol in that regard.

Hotel Monopol lives up to its reputation. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was tasty & accommodations were made to account for my food allergy. The spa area is one of the most relaxing, delightful spas I’ve visited in quite awhile. The room was clean & cool and the location is perfect. Absolutely no complaints!
