A nice property that with some tweaks could be really lovely. For instance there wasn’t a single vegetarian offering on the menu nor could we get a recommendation for a place to eat. Do four nights of driving around searching for food with little help from the hotel. We researched it and found an amazing place 10 minutes away which the staff at the desk knew about! So why didn’t they suggest it? A nice breakfast but flies were everywhere making us want to dine and dash. Wi-Fi almost didn’t ever work except at front desk. We were 3 people and received 2 tiny bottles of water upon arrival but no more. Fix these kinds of inconveniences and we’d consider returning so we can go back to the amazing vegetarian restaurant nearby!

Un lugar moderno, tranquilo y de lujo
El hotel es muy bonito, la comida en el restaurante de lujo y la atención en ambos sitios fue perfecta. El único inconveniente es que pagamos una villa con vistas al río y si bien está cara al río, no tiene vistas pues está a ras de suelo, sería mejor cambiar la descripción, igualmente la villa era muy amplia, moderna y limpia. Para el SPA reservar con antelación o podría estar todo reservado.

Bello hotel en el Pirineo.
Muy bonito hotel, impresionante edificación del Siglo XVII. Bien decorado, limpio e iluminado. Ubicado en una bella zona. Aunque creo que puede mejorar en nivel de servicio. Ejemplo: en la habitación no hay botellas de agua ni kleenex. El restaurante tiene muy limitado el servicio y la carta.

Dit spahotel bevindt zich in een oud klooster en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Prachtige tuin, groot buitenzwembad en van binnen stijlvol gemoderniseerd. Alleen jammer dat het restaurant ‘s avonds niet voldoende capaciteit had om ons op een fatsoenlijke tijd te laten eten - dat hebben we dus maar in het dorpje (1 km) gedaan. Ontbijtbuffet was prima en de kamers zijn ruim.

Très bel hôtel, chambre spacieuse et confortable. Très propre. Petit déjeuner en buffet très varié et de bonne qualité. Accueil simple. Quelques manques d’informations sur les services de l’hôtel notamment le spa et accueil froid au niveau du bar restaurant: nous n’avions pas réservé et compliqué d’avoir des informations. On nous a proposé un service après 22h. Nous avons donc mangé à l’extérieur pour voir en revenant vers 22h30 que le restaurant était déjà fermé, tout éteint.
