The room was nice and clean and had a balcony. The beach was within a short walking distance, WIFI was strong and fast. I could order takeaway though the "Wolt" app and reception would bring it to my door when it was delivered, great service. They have a lift from the car park straight up to the rooms. This hotel was delightful to stay in, the staff and owners were excellent and helpful, the hotel was immaculate extremely clean and really well put together cannot fault this hotel. The breakfast was amazing every morning off-road parking for cars if you hire them which make it even better as the roads are hectic to drive around so knowing your car is off the road and safe is a bonus it was a very lovely hotel beautiful inside and out. Had a wonderful couple of days at the Dream Hotel. The staff and owner were super friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are well maintained, also the rest of the hotel is very modern and clean. Service was great! Next to the beach and restaurants. Definitely coming back to the hotel when returning to Saranda. Surely I recommend the hotel to other tourists visiting Saranda or Ksamil.

We had lovely time in Dream Hotel. Hotel was new and everything was very clean and tidy. Room was pretty small, but balcony with jacuzzi and the seaview to Corfu was magnificent! Breakfast had enough options, altough roomservice option wasnt for order. Hotel is at the more calm and silent side of Saranda so the nightlife sound doesn`t bother here.

After six hours on a bus from Tirane, arriving at the Dream Hotel was like arriving home. We were met with a very welcoming smile and offered waters. Once checked in, we were assisted in showing us our room. The room was modern and had an almost L shaped balcony with sitting and table. There was also a dry rack to hang swimsuits and beach towels. The breakfast was delicious. The staff could not be more welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. The hotel is well located on a quiet area. Only a few steps to main street. About 15 minute walk to the port and about 20+ minutes walk to the promenade. Beach access in several locations. Note the beach is not a coastline. You can rent lounge chairs from the hotels with direct access to the beach. I highly recommend this hotel for a true quiet and restful experience.

Absolutely loved my stay at this Hotel. The room was spotless the bed was really comfortable ( and I am really fussy about that ) the linens were of very high quality, much appreciated. Water in the fridge !A beautiful balcony with a sea view. The staff were incredible! Kind, helpful, they just could not do enough for you. Great bar as well on the main floor. Would have loved a coffee maker in the room.

We were there for 8 days. The hotel was new and clean. The staff were freindly and helpful. It is an easy 20min walk to the promenade with excellent resturants and shops along the way. The one suprise was that it is not actually a beach-front hotel and doesn't own any umbrellas. The beach is a 5min walk away with umbrellas owned by two different hotels. You can rent the umbrellas for the day for €10-€15, cash only. Overall, a lovely stay.

An absolute gem!

What an absolute gem of a property! Honestly, if you’re staying in saranda then you have to stay here. Beautiful new hotel, great staff, free parking for the guests, great location a street away from the ocean and 5-10 minute walk to anything you may desire. Restaurants, bars, cafes, clubs or the beach. I want to give specific thank you to Onersa for being so welcoming and hospitable! She was absolutely incredible and made my stay even more memorable. Not only is the property a gem, Onersa at reception is a gem also. I highly recommend you stay at this wonderful property.
