Very bad experience with this hotel
Worst Hotel i ever visited . It's a 2 star hotel not a 5 star . Rooms was stinking and very poor service from the hotel . AC was not working and Food Quality is very bad and smelly . It's not worth to spend such amount on this hotel .It's a advise to u pls remove this hotel from your site that nobody book from your portal .

Nice hotel, very good service, quite Ok restaurant. A couple of things: I needed to do a business call and could not use my bedroom as my wife and child were there. The hotel was not useful in helping out. I was not allowed to use the (empty) event rooms and after asking if there was a place where I could have a private conversation I was told simply "no". Separate comment: the hotel is part of Sheraton, an international chain; I was surprised at the lack of international (particularly western) choices from the restaurant. Pasta was listed, without description, and when I inquired, the waiter could not explain beyond saying they had a red one, a white one and a oink one... Finally, they have s nice small store where they sell fabrics and handicrafts. The vendor is very pushy, was asking my wife for her phone number and made her uncomfortable enough that by the end of the stay she didn't want to go by the restaurant by herself because the store was next to it. There was another vendor there next to the restaurant, selling puppets, and was also very pushy trying to sell every time we walked towards the restaurant. Not really expected in this kind of hotel...

Worst service in hospitality industry
One of the worst properties in terms of service. Following events occurred with us: 1. During check-in when I was mailing ID documents front office executive started attending another customer 2. Since next morning we had to drop our son to his school early for SAT exam, we requested for packed breakfast for him. Next morning I called the reception 20 min before leaving and was told breakfast is ready. But when we reached reception it wasn’t. Also the breakfast that we asked for wasn’t packed instead he was given two muffins and some cut fruits. We left since he had to reach school and child was empty stomach till 1pm as he doesn’t eat such things. 3. We reached hotel around 3pm and that was when room was being cleaned and was not cleaned properly. 4. Around 5pm I was making coffee and since there was no stirrer in the room asked room service. Even after 45 min nothing came and I called reception got bit angry then they got tray full of stirrer and spoons. 5. On first morn while bf we were told it’s available till 11 am, so next morn we reached restaurant by 10:45 and asked for some eggs to be made but that never came. And wishing 5 min all food was taken. No one came and checked if we want to place last order or need anything since they are closing. When complaint to manager they apologised and later on my insistence Ex Director of the hotel came yo visit us. Not sure if any action will be taken to improve service, cleanliness etc to keep us quiet gifted chocolates.

WORTH CONSIDERING FOR JAIPUR STAY:)
Overall experience was good. PROS were excellent location, ambience, staff helpfulness, facilities, buffet breakfast, cleanliness. CONS were food portions in in-room dining were smaller than expected and the whole outside look of the hotel needs upliftment & renovation.
