It would of been a great stay apart from the air conditioning didn’t work and the nights were quite warm so struggled to get good night sleep on the last night we were given a small fan which didn’t really help Hotel is dated and shows but staff make up for this as very friendly and welcoming

The hotel has slowly fallen in to a bad state it desperately needs a major improvement.

Hotellet er lidt “slidt” udvendigt, men nydeligt indvendigt. Vi havde et dejlig stort værelse med plads til ekstra seng, samt en stor terrasse med udsigt til golfbanen. Pool var stor og med god plads omkring. Da hotellet kun har 12 værelser var morgenmadsbuffetens udvalg begrænset, men æg, omelet osv. kunne bestilles fra køkkenet. Hotellet ligger fredeligt, omkranset af golfbane og villaer, med få minutters kørsel til Santa Ponsa’s butikker/spisesteder - hvor der dog er mange turister - men mange andre hyggelige byer kan let nåes med bil. Gratis overdækket parkering.

Das ist Hotel ist mit Sicherheit in die Jahre gekommen. Insbesondere die Außenanlagen sind teilweise ungepflegt und könnten ein MakeOver vertragen. Sowohl die Zimmer als auch die allgemeinen Bereiche des Hotels sind jedoch sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal war ausnahmslos freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück und Lunch hervorragend, Abendessen hatten wir nicht. Insgesamt eine Empfehlung für Gäste, denen Ruhe und persönlicher Service wichtiger sind, als Ausserlichkeiten.

Stay here one a Year for a golf tournament. Many of our friends stay there at the same time for the golf which make it as coming 'home'.

Change of hotel
The girl at Santa Ponsa said that the roof had collapsed in the room we had been allocated so she booked us into a hotel in Palma Nova. Which had a good view of the sea from the balcony attached to the room. The staff were attentive and helpful, food good but bed not comfortable and in the morning water leaked through the ceiling in the shower area. Hotel looked very fancy and had nice gardens but was not a great experience for us, it's name was Son Caliu, at Palma Nova.

Hyvä hk mieltymykset huomioonottava palvelu
Hotelli tarjoa loistavat puitteet golfaajille, sijainniltaan siinä suhteessa erinomainen. Ravintolapalvelut oikein hyvät ja ruoat maukkaita, erittäin hyvä aamiainen. Palvelu saa kaikki 5*, hotellin kunto ei tosin enää vastaa uutta mutta hyvätasoinen silti. Suosittelen.
