We had an amazing stay! Such a fun trip with my bestie. The location is perfect—walking distance to Old San Juan. After exploring, we loved relaxing by the pool. The gated property also made us feel extra safe and secure.

The check-in process was easy, and the room was spotless and cozy. There was a great atmosphere at night with nearby bars, but there were no places to eat after a certain time. However, during the day, you can find excellent spots for coffee and traditional Puerto Rican breakfast. places to get coffee and Puerto Rican breakfast.

I liked that the entrance is gated. Good service to customers. The only con was the shower issue where the water was getting out of the restroom to the hallway. Glad my family and I were able to get moved to another room. Other than that, everything was good and the view from the hotel was great!

The property is exactly as described in terms of amenities and location and seemed like a great place to stay at. The pool was beautiful, the furnishings really nice, and the place looked and smelled clean.
Unfortunately, our room had way too many mosquitoes. I think our party got over 15 of them but there were still probably dozens more buzzing around. We brought it up with the front desk who did helpfully offer us a bug spray (Hot Shot Flying Insect Killer) that required us to vacate the room for 15 minutes and ventillate the area after application. For us, it was just too late in the night to deal with the situation and we were uncertain if it would be poisonous for us to get on our luggage. We ended up spraying the room down after removing our bags and left less than an hour after check-in.

Nice and new. Helpful staff. A small microwave would have been great. Perfect location ! The fridge even had a large freezer so a bag of ice would fit in it.

Property was clean. Had many problems with the door yo the room. Staff is very pleasant, and helpful. Would not stay there again. Lacks many useful accessories. Especially in bathroom. No place to put things. Not accommodation for seniors.

The hotel itself is aesthetically nice, and most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, there were a few things that made the stay less comfortable than expected. One major issue is that the second bed is located in a makeshift loft, which isn’t clearly mentioned in the booking description. You have to climb a fairly uncomfortable ladder to access it, which may not be ideal for everyone.
We also experienced issues with the water not working for an entire day, and there was poor communication from the staff during that time. The toilet had plumbing problems as well and was unusable for two days, which was frustrating. While the property has potential, the lack of transparency and basic maintenance made the stay disappointing overall.

We really enjoyed our stay here overall. The staff was nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The walls are paper thin though, so God help you if the power goes out and you lose the ambient noise of the AC. Would most likely stay again.

When people do activities right in front it's so hard to get in and out one of the nights I just didn't go out because too much crowd but it was a good place to stay in the water seater too cold or too hot but it's a good place to be and you're close to everything in the old San Juan
