They let us go to our sons graduation, kept our luggage for us as we had to check out , then they let us come back after graduation and use a room to change for us bus journey home.! So accommodating. Can’t thank the staff enough. Lovely room lovely breakfast and all food

Friendly and efficient breakfast service. Great location for venues, bars and restaurants. Single room was nice despite the bathroom being a tight space. Duvet was thin and rather small but otherwise no issues. I'd stay here again for sure.

Easy walk to restaurants on the West End, as well as the University of Glasgow and the Botanical Gardens. This is a boutique hotel, so please be prepared for smaller guest rooms, including small bathroom and limited closet space. Staff was very kind to us throughout our stay.

Overall the hotel was good value for the money staff on breakfast duty were lovely however Check in experience was awful!!!! The guy sat with headphones on and his head down in his phone, he didn’t speak to us on entering hotel which was very hard to do as reception desk right next to front door, I had to initiate conversation he was vey matter of fact one word answers to my questions, and on leaving hotel to go out for dinner did not look or speak. Considering this is a very small hotel, a bit of polite conversation and a smile would have gone a long way. Other than that hotel was value for money.

Tired and dirty. Some staff helpful, some disinterested. Bed was extremely worn, mattress had collapsed and was very uncomfortable. Great location.

Zero local parking, small room and tiny bathroom. Couldn't even sit on the loo with the door closed, or get on the shower. Clean on the surface, but as layers of dust around the TV and sockets. Rusty fittings in the bathroom. Staff were generally very pleasant

The guy on the desk when we arrived was fabulous! Super friendly and very accommodating. The night guy who made sure we had something to eat before our early departure was also great.
Unfortunately the room was not so great. A view of garbage cans and the mattresses could definitely be thrown out.

Comfortable beds in a quaint hotel. Surprisingly quiet for a city location. Very friendly staff, great location to explore the West End, Ashton Lane, Univ of Glasgow, Botanical Gardens and they serve a hearty breakfast! Parking is not onsite but plenty of free parking just a 5 min walk away.

A very nice hotel with all necessary amenities. Close to bus stops and the botanical garden. Loads of cafés, pub and restaurants in the neighbourhood. 10 mins from the subway. Moreover, the owner is a lovely person. Recommended !

Well located for the Kelvingrove Museum, Huntarian museums, botanic gardens and the University of Glasgow. It’s also about a five minute walk to the nearest subway station which will take you into the centre of Glasgow. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and all the staff were super-helpful and friendly. It was also well sound-proofed which I appreciated as I’m easily disturbed by traffic noise etc! The area is nice with lots of cafes, restaurants and bars, and some interesting shops.
