Miserable hotel
This hotel deserves zero. They really don’t respect clients and don’t respect how to do business with others. We reached hotel in the evening. Room was so dirty that no one would ever accept to stay there. Bed was not even made. Bathroom was fealty. We tried to call the hotel management, no one responded. We simply left and didn’t accept to stay a minute. Hotel totally refused to refund us for the 2 nights. Stay away from this hotel !!!

Great studio for the value!
Great value! As per the name, these are more like small apartments than hotel rooms, with a small kitchenette, dining room, desk, and bed in a studio layout. Location is excellent -- it's on the Velodrome exit of the tram, and well situated. I was visiting INRIA, which was a short, pleasant walk. There is a supermarket nearby and two restaurants downstairs, and the aforementioned tram is an easy way to get to downtown Nancy and/or the train station. It was comfortable and clean. Not 5 star luxury, but then you would have to pay many times the 50 Euros a night to get that type of luxury. For conference and longer term stays (> 1week), it was an excellent facility in an excellent location.

Nice location
It is very near to INRIA, Vèlodrome tram station is right in front of it. Plus it has Subway, McDonald, grocery and medical stores nearby. So it has got excellent location in my opinion. The only negative I felt was that WiFi connectivity at ground floor was poor.

Agréable emplacement avec commodités a proximité. Parking ek supplément de 8 euros par jour. Hotel propre, c'est des anciens appartements étudiants modifiés en apparemments hôtel. Je recommande l'hôtel toutefois seul bemol le couchage..il est super dur... c'est dommage. Sinon tout le reste c'est bien passé.

Les draps étaient sales (tâches, résidus...) le week end et pas de personnel présent. Vérifiez la chambre consciencieusement des votre arrivée ! L'arrivée est d'ailleurs compliqué du au deux jeunes employées a l'accueil. Une des deux prend même vos numéro de carte bancaire avec la date de validité et tout. Elle les note sur une feuille et la garde. Sinon vous ne pouvez pas entrer dans votre chambre. On refuse de vous rajouter une serviette si vous en avez besoin. Il manquait la brosse pour les toilettes dans les WC. Voilà l'essentiel a préciser ici.
