Honestly, this place was fantastic. The views from our room were easily some of the best we've ever had. The staff were so welcoming, especially the gentleman at the bar (we didn't get his name) who made us the absolute best Espresso Martinis. The location is perfect if you're traveling by train or bus, and the in-room snacks (crisps, biscuits, tea, and coffee) were such a nice bonus. It was a shame the weather stopped us from using the lounge and heated pool, but it just gives us a reason to come back!

The room was nice, and it was very clean with lovely sea views, in a good location, only being 5 minutes walk outside town, but the walk back is somewhat more difficult because it’s uphill. Although I have one complaint, you realistically have to be down for breakfast at 9am sharp because they close for breakfast and remove the breakfast counter at 9:30am on the bottom.

The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was great and very clean. The views were lovely and the pool looked great although the weather was not conducive to swimming. Comfortable bed and great restaurant. Nice elevated location and I'm sure it's nice sitting out front or using the pool in the summer. Easy walk into Penzance. I'm sure sea-facing rooms are nicer, mine looked out over a back yard with junk in it, and with the window open I could hear an extractor fan from the kitchen (I believe), so pay attention to room location!
