1st time in DR

Everything was great from the time we arrived at the resort until we arrived back at Punta Cana Airport. All employees were very helpful especially are Butler Johnson. He was there for all our needs. He answered all questions from beginning until the end of our stay. The bartenders and wait staff were very friendly and prompt when we wanted a drink or food. Thank you and the staff for the pleasant stay in Punta Cana.

Our stay was great. We had a good time. Walking from our room to the lobby was very long, but other than that no other complaints. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I love the 2 ladies in the coffee shop. They were very friendly and made us feel so welcomed.
