Very simple business model (no kleenex, hair conditioner, just the basics) but great for the overall price! Clean, quiet, newer hotel with friendly staff. Nice area- lots of places to eat nearby with shopping as well. Will stay again :)

I didn't interact with any staff on the property during my stay. Another guest helped me at the kiosk as the app wasn't working. My pillow cases had stains and the bed had something hard in it, making me wonder if the linens were clean. The blinds were missing the stick to open and close them and the air conditioning wouldn't turn off, even after shutting it off and even after turning on the heat. Parking was good and so was the location for what I needed.

Location was excellent and staff were friendly and helpful. Laundry facilities are best hotel laundry I've seen. While the provided coffee in the lobby was nice, it would be good to have a coffee pot in the room. Self-check in was easy and very good for a late night arrival. Plenty of parking.

Was charged twice during my stay here I booked at hotels.com and when I arrived at the property I used the self serve kiosk and was charged again. Keep getting told by staff that a manager has to fix that issue, I asked daily during my stay when a manager would be on site and they all gave me different answers. Here I am on Monday still trying to figure out when a manager will be there to fix this.
