I have a huge respect for the front desk, restaurant and concierge staff. I was scheduled to move to the W after 2 nights but elected to extend my stay by : days, despite losing my deposit. The Bell staff and Front Desk was awesome and I appreciated housekeeping for our erratic hours of the need for service. I appreciated the General Manager for his ongoing check in with guest, and completely enjoyed the commitment to guests overall satisfaction. I’ll stay again next year!

The check in staff was excellent. Even though we were early for check in - they were able to give us (1) of our (3) rooms immediately. It allowed us to avoid checking bags with the bell desk. A member of our party also utilizes a mobility scooter, and they retrieved it quickly from the bell desk and was it available for his use immediately. The rooms were spacious by NYC standards, and the room was well appointed and very clean. The location was perfect. Very close to Times Square and the Theaters, but a block off. So less crowds, lights and noise. I will definitely consider staying at this property again on future NYC visits.

Did not have the best experience this time. I usually love staying here as it is convenient and the rooms are a great size for NYC. This time was dissatisfied as one of the reels was tattered and had a hole in it. The coffee machine and cups were full of dust. The coffee cup and glass were not cleaned the next day after use. The bar / coffee shop did not serve coffee at 4:15
