This property is slightly off the track but once you get used to the BRT (bus) which stops right outside and use the courtesy transport to the closest BTS station, it really is very convenient. The rooms are spacious and well provisioned even if a little old. The use of non-disposable bathroom amenities is pleasing although the writing on the dispensers is to dull on the dark background that one needs to that their reading glasses into the shower. The lift service is poor with only 3 lifts serving a very busy building, particularly in the early mornings/breakfast time. Speaking of breakfast, it is excellent. Great selection and variety and good quality too. The pool area is nice, comfortable and as its nestled between tall buildings, not too hot. The happy hour in the afternoons is disappointing in terms of quality but mostly in terms of speed of service. With only a single barman who also delivers all orders, service was incredibly slow. Overall a very comfortable stay. Will certainly return

This is a beautiful hotel, perfect in many ways. The staff are amazing and understand well the concept of “customer service.” However, the location of the hotel is a disappointment. The dual carriage way system and the sheer volume of Bangkok traffic mean that for 12 hours a day on most days the approach to the hotel involves sitting in long traffic delays. The long, long walk to/from Chong Nonsi station is impossible for somebody such as myself, suffering from a walking disability. Also, the beautiful swimming pool area is far too small for such a huge hotel and its many guests. A great hotel, marred by its unfortunate location.

Second time I have stayed there. Staff very pleasant and I like the idea when you check in that the Lady takes you to the lift just in case you get lost :-) Room was well maintained with a very comfy bed. The Sky bar is a great place to chill out in the Evening, especially at this time of the year where it is cooler. The only downside is the shuttle bus. It leaves every hour for the BTS station and with traffic takes about 10 minutes. This means roughly coming back to the Hotel the shuttle bus should be at the BTS around 10 minutes past the hour. However, I was informed that if no passengers are going to the BTS, then the shuttle doesn't leave. This means that you could be left standing at the BTS waiting for a shuttle that will not appear.

Room is really big and located is not to far from the sky train Chongnontri station. More close to BRT station which right next to the hotel.

Stayed for 3 nights at the end of a two week stay in Thailand. Had travelled quite a bit and wanted to relax and get some last minute rays. Usually do the at the impressive Anantara Bangkok Riverside but that was a little too expensive this time round so we tried its little brother. Service was great. Upgraded twice during the stay because of air on problems. Ended up in a stunning executive suite! Only a couple of grumbles about the hotel itself. Was a little too far to walk to the nearest train station which was a struggle coming back from the city, with tired legs. Free shuttle bus stops at 5 so we missed that. Secondly the pool is mostly shadowed by a neighbouring tall building. So the chances of getting a hardcore dark tan are remote unless you start at 8 in the morning.
