Nice Residence Hotel
Great location, staff/service, rooms, and more. The building is quite new. A kitchen is also a must with young kids. Ah, and staff were very kind and helpful.

I loved the experience from this place, I was able to experience ‘living in Busan’. All the amenities and space to experience living in Busan, cleaning services were excellent. Very close to the beach and areas of popular shopping.

Omg it was sooo nice, really wasn’t expecting it to feel so luxurious and the room was massive. Great price compared to the states, beautiful views and 1 block away from the beach and dining street nearby.

Great place to stay with family, good access to local restaurants and bars, very close to the beach. Only thing is they don’t have wash and dryer and hair conditioner. They don’t have daily house keeping service.
Other than that very nice place for the family vacation.

The apartment was fantastic and in a great location and good value, however some small negatives:
- 10am checkout time is early
- Towels weren't included, they were provided once we asked, but seems a basic thing to just include
- Pool isn't included, but is the main photo on the site. The rate to use the pool is also excessive (40000krw per person)

Was a great hotel with good location and walkable from the main busy street.
Rooms were clean and comfortable. Kitchen was equipped and the view was amazing. Conveniently located near the beach too!

The place was spotless, 2minutes walk to Haeundae beach with many restaurant options. The rooms were soundproof It seems because I couldn’t hear any noise when I was inside the room itself. 24h front desk service was convenient. They were always eager to answer any of my questions or requests. The only thing I would say is to make it more clear that the reception is on the third floor. It could be a bit confusing for guests on the first day.Overall great stay. Highly recommend

All around great stay. Hotel is very clean, there is a 24 hour mart right outside of it. Even the most basic room has a kitchen area. Here are some things I wish could change:
Bigger towels. Maybe it’s because I’m coming from America. But the towels that are given as bath towels are the size of hand towels
Larger sign with hotel name. The hotel name is tuck off in the right corner of the property. I actually passed it at first until GPS showed me it was right there
Neither of these would prevent me from recommending this place and coming back

Conveniently located within walking distance of Hanueda Beach and everything else you could be needed.

Tried checking in online but ended up going to the 3rd floor to check in. Room had a great view and was super clean and modern. Was within walking distance to the beach, shopping, and many restaurants. Would definitely go there again. Only drawback was you have to pay to use the pool or gym.

Beautiful residence hotel in Busan. We loved the views and the comfort of the accommodation. There is a pool in the pictures for the room, but costs $30 per person (adult) to use. Would still stay here again as it is a good value, but I wish we had known access to the pool was not included as I had some disapppinted kids.

Love this place!
Besides a little language barrier in terms of appliances and how to work the condo, everything was perfect! Great location, easy walking distance to the beach and the night markets. We really enjoyed our stay here! This was one of our favorite stays in this trip! We had room to have our space and just come together for dinner and movie at the end of the night. It was very comfortable, with all the new technology on the house.
