The staff was very helpful and friendly. They tried their best to be as accommodating as possible and meet every request of their customers. My family and I made the right decision staying at this hotel! We were extremely impressed with how beautiful and comfortable the hotel was. It is a little bit further from the hustle and bustle of Seoul, but we didn’t mind not being in the middle of the action since we have a baby. Also, it’s worth mentioning, that the breakfast buffet is PHENOMENAL! Very much worth whatever price they’re charging. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, 10/10.

We had a family suite which was beautiful. The staff was very helpful, the hotel room was cleaned daily, and we loved having a washer and dryer in the room. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was fantastic and had a wide variety of options. The hotel is located pretty centrally to key areas that are easy to access by train and uber.

My middle daughter had a medical incident and they were extremely attentive in responding along with calling 119 Medics who arrived within 3 mins. Manager Brian came by the next day to check on us and asked if we needed anything at all he would provide. He was sincere in his patience and this was most appreciated as I was traveling alone with my children quite far from home.

The hotel’s location was extremely convenient, with two subway stations just a short walk away. Some rooms are equipped with a built-in washer and dryer, which is especially convenient for families who want to pack light. The full-sized refrigerator was another great feature and much more useful than a typical mini fridge, providing plenty of space and keeping everything properly chilled. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to families traveling to Korea.

The hotel was in an excellent location that made it easy to get to via the Metro and also easy to walk to many of the sights around. Many other aspects of the room and facilities were excellent. The 2 things preventing this being a 5 star review were the breakfast which was good but without a huge choice and was not replenished as much as we would expect, and the layout of the suite which was quite cramped with too few lights and sockets and a bizarrely placed tv.
