It was worth it!
I was glad I went with this property. It was a home away from home. They provided everything you needed to be comfortable. Close to shopping and had a 24 hr CVS right at the entrance.

This place was nothing short of amazing .. if you're looking for a luxury home away from home this is the place to go everything from three outdoor pools tennis courts basketball court grocery nearby and peace and quiet I will return here any day it was a pleasure staying here

Nice place, great location
The units are nice and spacious. We were in a 3 bedroom. There was a problem with the pull out, but fortunately one of our party did not stay, so we did not need it. The electronic door lock worked to let us in, but then would not work to lock when we had to leave. We text and were told it would lock automatically in 30 secs. It did not and was not locked upon our return. We text again (around 11pm), after many "tries" and code changes, maintenance was sent out at about midnight and we were given keys. The only other problem with this place is that we could only reserve one parking spot, we had 6 guests and 2 cars. We have family close by, so we made it work, but if we didn't, we would have had to find a place to pay to park another car. Exceptions should be made for the larger units due to the fact that there may be more than one family. Overall though, we would stay here again due to the convenient location and the quick response to the issue we encountered with the door lock.

My family and I stayed here for a weekend. We had a great time. The only thing that caught us off guard was the fact that there weren't any elevators in our building. We stayed on the 3rd floor; and so commute was challenging with luggage. We'll keep that in mind for future bookings.

Came from out of town on short notice and wanted a clean and safe place to stay in the meantime and this place definitely met this estandards. the kitchen was fully functional, as were the washer and dryer. The only issue was that the dishwasher caused a leak under the sink and the fire alarm went off because of low battery at one point, but as soon as I texted the virtual front desk, they responded very quickly to it, so it wasn't a big deal at all. Would definitely consider this place again if I need to stay in Florida again.

The property is located in a great area however, the first unit I was given reeked Marijuana (I traveled with 5 kids) and the minute you opened the door the smell was instant! The drains in both bathroom sinks were broken and there were tiny roaches and ants inside unit. I was then switched to another unit where the smell was horrendous; smelled like a pile of dirty laundry. The kitchen garbage can was broken and I discovered on the day of my check out, the silding door was broken. It was cracked open and wouldn't shut close or lock. I had been sleeping in the unit every night unsecured and jeopardize my families safety!

Almost everything was worth it, but the AC seemingly stopped working during the last two days of a 7 day stay. Very minor but someone came knocking to ask if we were checking out while we were checking out but they were not wearing any discernable identification neither identified themselves. It was about 1.5 hours from check out. Funnily enough we had a flat tire and the same person after I confirmed check out on the app took a wide berth of the tire changing area to not make contact as they went back up to unit. Not expecting someone to change my tired but after knocking early to seemingly intentionally not wanting to even inquire or point out that there was very near tire shop that we located a few minutes later. Cutlery was perfectly sharp, washer and dryer worked like maintained appliances and fridge was clean on arrival. There was hair left in one of the bathrooms shower area and the beds are rather stiff, but that's more of a preference.

We were notified the toilet was broken right before our arrival. We called anyway because the primary toilet and sink were both broken. The toilet wouldn’t flush and the sink doesn’t drain. Then we found the balcony door lock was completely broken. It wouldn’t lock and it looks like this had been going on for quite sometime. When we called, we got the answer of maintenance will be out first thing in the morning. Maintenance never came. We called again, we were told all requests take 48 to get fixed, but they KNEW it was broken before we came. I have no faith they ever intended to fix it. Our condo has two bathrooms which is why I don’t think they care. So, if the main bathroom and sink hadn’t been broken with no one really caring to fix it because it wasn’t an emergency, I mean I paid for two beds and two bathrooms, then I would probably have stayed here again. With the lack of actually fixing anything, I probably would choose a different property. They said all the condos were full so they couldn’t even move us to a different room. Sure they communicated about the property and how everything worked and it was seamless checking in, not sure having half of the things we paid for is worth that with no offers of compensation.

Belle place !
Nous avons aime la place et l’environnement. Insonorité moyenne.les lits super confortables et propres.le personnel a rapidement répondu aux requêtes. Les tapis dans les chambres auraient besoin d’amour ainsi que les stores qui ne se baissent pas au maximum. Des rideaux pour la lumière seraient appréciés dans les chambres. Malgré tout, nous y retournerions assurément!
