4/10 Fair

Arrived and the cottage wasn’t cleaned. Fridge - Dirty. Microwave - Dirty. Dishes in the dishwasher. Rubbish in the bin. A lot of dust, cobwebs around the house. Contacted the host by message and he told me to email my concerns and he would sort. That was over a week ago and still no contact. Pity as the location was great and plenty of outdoor garden to play with the grandkids.
