19 Sept 2026The hotel could be reached by free shuttle bus from airport. However the shuttle bus is available every 40 mins. The breakfast is great, and the room is clean. The kitchen is provided, but I did not use it.

19 Sept 2026The hotel is in an isolated location. Furthermore the hotel has no food venues and the closest one is not open until 3pm in the afternoons and the breakfast buffet is expensive. Clean lobby and helpful staff. Our room on the other hand was pretty bad. No wash cloths, no shampoo, rough toilet paper and an awful smell. We stayed in room 404 so please avoid that room unless you like funky smells. The room only came with 2 pillows and they were unsupportive so we had to ask for more. The shower was an open one with only a curtain between you and the toilet. I wouldn’t stay there again if I came back to Brussels. This is my honest review and please understand that I am not slamming the hotel just passing on my experience.

5 Jul 2026AC was not working in the first assigned room. Although it took us a bit of time waiting in between rooms, yet staff was very helpful working hard to switch for another room for us.
Overall are relatively clean and comfortable, but the floor in the room is dirty.

1 Apr 2026Breakfast was extremely expensive and a large buffet that i did not participate in as i do not eat that much. Staff was great, hotel rooms are tired and worn, especially for the price, but of course not visible in booking photos. The lobby is maintained well so booking photos looked great. Location to airport and train station is close, but lots of other properties in the area to choose from.
