Hi Stayed here for 1 night before an early flight. Got woken up at 1am by extremely loud neighbours, playing music and shouting. I had to go down to reception (as there is no phone in the room). The receptionist did manage to get them to quieten down. The other issue, the AC in the room did not work so the room was extremely quiet. The receptionist was unable to fix this issue.

The room was clean, but the sofa bed was having some damage already like the stains and a cut, one of the bed light was hanging by the wire and not working, this could be fire or electrical shock hazard If not fixed immediately. Spoke to one of the staff about it and I hope they fix it asap. Other than that staff was very polite and helpful, I could also get some milk from the holiday inn bar for my daughter when the supermarket was closed for the day as it was late night we checked in.
