Lovely spot if you have to stay in Terezina

surely the best hotel in Teresina though the attitude befits a location with more competition. We thought a drink on the rooftop bar would be pleasant but they asked R$200 because we were bringing a friend who wasn't a guest. TACKY. Especially since there was virtually no one there. Just didn't make sense.

A estrutura do hotel é excelente! Meu ponto negativo é para o check-in. Cheguei de madrugada e fui fazer o check-in. Por um erro de sistema do hotel minha estadia constava como não paga. Mostrei os comprovantes do Hotéis e do cartão de crédito e mesmo assim a a recepção disse que não poderia liberar o quarto por falta de pagamento. A sugestão para resolução que foi me dada foi pagar novamente e posteriormente eu voltar na recepção para validar o pagamento anterior. Eu disse que não faria isso e depois de um tempo de conversa a recepção liberou o quarto... A experiência foi bem negativa.
