It is an older hotel in Wat looks like an old mansion
We really liked the breakfast area
And the common areas where we could talk to other travelers
The only real downside with the property is that the rooms that were right along the street were very very loud. Those are very busy streets and there are older windows that aren’t double pain so you really hear it.

17 Apr 2026We were a family of three (with a teenage kid). The room was a perfect size for us and the location was fantastic, close to a station and cafes and restaurants. The staff were very attentive. Whenever I messaged the owner, I received a timely response. The surrounding was safe to walk at night Though the breakfast was simple, they cooked eggs on the spot and yogurt was delicious! I highly recommend this place!

Wonderful stay at Tinka. Me Tinka!!
Staff was lovely and the stay was smooth. Comfy bed and mattress. Everything I was looking for in my last days in Santiago. Close to the metro station, greatly mobility and the hotel is super techy. Rodrigo and his wife were kind all the time. I recommend the stay.

9 Sept 2026The bed sheets were used and not fresh. Bed bugs were all over me. Left the room 3:30 in the morning for another hotel. The next day and a half I spent debugging and cleaning myself and personal belongings.
