First night the lock on the door didn’t work they had to fix the next afternoon. The hot you had to put on cold to make it work so I waited forever waiting on the water until I called the office. The table in the living room scratched and water damaged. The patio is old and worn no biggie but the furniture needs replaced. Upside great view down side couldn’t enjoy the deck.

What a special, beautiful, quaint and modern stylish place with views of the blue ocean, privacy in the beach. It was wonderful that beach chairs and umbrellas were available for free, extra beach towels were already in the room. The place was clean and the staff was wonderful. We definitely will be back.

We stayed here while we were traveling through Florida with the full intention of my son proposing to his girlfriend on the beach. It was absolutely perfect. literally walked out the back straight onto the beach. And the staff was super helpful. We also woke up to turtles going out to the ocean in the morning. We were very satisfied!

Our oceanfront room was amazing. Sea oats lined our patio. The sand greeted you as you walked out. This property is quite small -- you might miss it if you drive fast. That is part of the charm. It felt homey and intimate. The antithesis of being in a large hotel. There were not many guests when we visited, so we had the pool almost to ourselves. The housekeeper was very attentive. The little laundry facility came in very handy (though we had to get change for the machine). Just loved the place.

We were here just a couple of months ago for turtle nesting, so we would have been remiss if we didn’t come back and leave another five-star review after our latest stay! This time, we came for our first-ever turtle nest dig, which was absolutely amazing—and, of course, Melbourne Beach Resort delivered once again. The views are incredible, the property is spotless, the amenities are fantastic, and the staff is truly the best. We loved grilling out, relaxing by the pool, using the pool floats, and having the beach chairs and umbrellas available for us. It’s all of those thoughtful touches that make staying here so easy and enjoyable. A special shout-out to Stephanie, who is always so helpful with our questions and goes above and beyond to make sure our check-in and entire stay are smooth and awesome. She is such a wonderful part of what makes this place special! We absolutely love Melbourne Beach Resort and can’t wait to come back for our next visit. Five stars, every time!
