It was a nice location and a nice room. The bathroom was a little dated, and for older people there was no elevator and those steep Dutch stairs. The price was reasonable.

There were 3 female staff who where very helpful. The male staff were polite but without the help of the female staff were unable to help me.
At first I was told there were no ironing facilities and on asking the manager an iron and ironing board were found.
There are two floors and NO LIFT. Anyone with mobility problems would not be able to stay here.
The hotel is far from the town centre and you will need a taxi. The taxi service they use do not have a metre and make up the taxi fare so haggling is useful. The best thing to do is ensure the hotel staff ask the cost of the journey so the taxi driver has little room to ask for extra.
The quality of food and drink is poor. Don't ask for a cocktail as corners are cut. The food has little flavour. The menu stated the nachos come with avocado and cheese. The latter appeared to be flavoured sauces and there was no real cheese.
There was telephone in the room and the safe was
broken.
A very expensive place for poor quality.

Mooie accommodatie vlak aan het strand van Wassenaar, namelijk op 10 minuten wandelen. We hadden er met onze twee kinderen de familiekamer geboekt, deze was proper, heel ruim en voorzien van alle basisvoorzieningen. Alleen jammer dat er geen airconditioning voorzien is, volgens mij geen overbodige luxe op hete dagen. Ontbijt dik in orde met genoeg keuze voor jong en oud. Bij het inchecken is er per vergissing een dubbele betaling gebeurd, deze is binnen de 24 uur opgelost en het geld is terug op mijn rekening gestort. Kortom, zou ik hier terugkomen? Ja!

Wij sliepen aan de achterkant. We vonden het vrij gehorig: zowel op de achterplaats van het hotel als de kamer zelf. Als er de kamer boven ons ging douchen,was dat erg goed te horen. Gelukkig is douche maar een kort moment. Verder een heerlijk verblijf gehad hier. Mooie omgeving Nette kamer, vriendelijk personeel.

Er zou voor mij een broodje zijn voor ontbijt om half acht, niet te doen voor één pers die het hele ontbijt klaar moet maken zag ik wel.

Im Vergleich zu den letzten Jahren ein ganz schlechter Service im Restaurantbereich. Unbeholfene neue Mitarbeiter. 2h Wartezeit auf ein Abendessen sind einfach zu viel. Am nächsten Tag wurde man in der Bar 30 min ignoriert.Okay, es gab dann Getränke aus dem Supermarkt (kurze Fahrt in den Ort, 3km) Das Frühstücksbuffet ist eigentlich ganz gut, vorausgesetzt, fehlende Dinge werden aufgefüllt/ nachgelegt. Auch das ist leider an beiden Morgenden (trotz Hinweis) nicht geschehen. Das Hotel muss dringend wieder an alte Servicequalitäten anknüpfen. Derzeit kann man nur von einem Besuch im Restaurant oder in der Bar abraten.

Had eerlijk gezegd meer verwacht van dit 4 sterren hotel. Achterstallig onderhoud, muffe geur op de kamer. De luxe kamer was niets luxe aan. Prijs- kwaliteitverhouding klopt niet. Ontbijt basic. Ontbijttafels zelf opruimen om plekje te hebben. Service aan de balie klantvriendelijk.

Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen. Jedoch sind die Zimmer leider viel kleiner als erwartet. Das Frühstück ist angedacht bis 10 Uhr. Ab halb 10 ist jedoch kaum noch Essen dar. Barrierefreiheit ist nur teilweise gegeben, da die Stufen sehr klein sind und kein Aufzug vorhanden ist. Das Personal am Empfang war ebenfalls sehr langsam und nur bedingt freundlich.

De familiekamer voor 4 bleek bij aankomst voor slechts twee opgemaakt te zijn, de kamer was niet erg schoon, vooral onder het bed was het erg stoffig. Veel was kapot zoals de stoel, het raam. Het ontbijtbuffet dat tot 11 uur zou duren was toen we aankwamen rond 10 uur al voor een groot deel leeg. Moesten om van alles vragen dat er zou moeten zijn, zoals bestek, fruit. Gezien de flinke prijs voor 1 nacht een tegenvaller wat betreft de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding.

Bed en ontbijt was prima. Douche ook, wel veel kalkaanslag overal, ziet er dan gelijk wat viezig uit. Kamer en doucheruimte waren verder netjes en schoon.

Prima hotel, mooie ligging, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, fijn bed, grote kamer, dinner en ontbijt heel goed (zeker gezien Corona-omstandigheden). Netheid is wel voor verbetering vatbaar. Af en toe rioollucht in trappenhuis en niet alles even schoon. Badkamer overigens wel :-)
